About Monobina Banerjee

Hi, I'm Monobina Banerjee—a fashion designer, creative strategist, and storyteller at heart. I was born in Kolkata but spent most of my childhood traveling across India thanks to my father's transferable job. Those early experiences exposed me to a kaleidoscope of cultures, crafts, and traditions, sparking my love for textiles, design, and the stories they tell.

With over eight years of experience in the fashion industry, I've worked across a wide range of categories—from high-street retail and textile development to streetwear and kidswear. My journey includes enriching stints at Not So Serious by Pallavi Mohan, Suditi Industries for NUSH by Anushka Sharma, and leading the fashion department at The Souled Store, where I built collections from the ground up.

I'm someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and strategy. I believe in building meaningful collections that reflect culture, spark emotion, and speak directly to the customer. Every project I take on is backed by thoughtful research, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to innovation.

Outside of work, I'm a curious soul who loves exploring new skills, learning continuously, and celebrating the small joys of everyday life. I believe great design isn't just about aesthetics—it's about purpose, emotion, and connection.
